What platforms do different public agencies use in Spain?
Well, we go to the grain: in Spain, if you want to catch a public contract, you have to move through several platforms that, sincerely, can be a mess if you don't know where to start. The queen of the dance is the public sector hiring platform (PLCSP). There is everything centralized, unique window roll, and is carried by the Ministry of Finance. Basically, you enter, you see open tenders, you release your offer and then bite your nails waiting to see if there is luck.
But be careful, the Official State Gazette (the famous BOE) continues to give war. Although most of the competitions come out in the PLCSP, the BOE still publishes important things. Come on, do not ignore it just in case something interesting is strained.
Of course, not everything is state. Each autonomous community and, sometimes, to each town hall goes to its ball with its own platforms. For example, you have the Generalitat de Cataluña, that of the Community of Madrid, the Andalusian Health Service ... a websites, go. If you only interest what moves in your area, sometimes it is better to go directly to the regional platform and you save dizziness.
Now, golden rule: the platform does not matter, they all have to comply with the Public Sector Contract Law. That is, no scams, all clear, the same for everyone and to compete in good fight (well, in theory ... you know how it will sometimes).
If you are a company and want to catch Cacho in the public sector, you have to learn to move through these platforms yes or yes. It is not an option. And be careful, the legislation changes, so better to be attentive, because what is worth today, tomorrow no longer.
Total, that if you want to win public contracts in Spain, these tools are your bread of every day. Do not learn them by heart, but do they have them by hand and do not make you mistake, that the competition is the one to jump.
