What platforms do autonomous communities use?

In Spain, each autonomous community goes to its ball with platforms to manage public tenders and contracts. That is, if you are a company and you want to catch a public, you have to get into these digital portals yes or yes: there are the contests, the specifications, the notices and the entire roll. You sign up, you present the online proposal and cross your fingers.

The most famous, the omnipresent, is the public sector hiring platform (the PCSP, for friends). Who carries it? The Ministry of Finance, of course. Of course, it doesn't matter what platform you use: all tenders have to follow the Public Sector Contract Law. A lot of transparency, equal opportunities, and zero plugs (example, let's say that is the theory). If you are a company and want to play, you have to comply with all those rules, of course.

Moral: If you are interested in catching a public contract, put the batteries with these platforms. Learn to look for tenders, to present papers and to be aware of the process, because if you get you, you stay out. And check that you meet the legal and technical requirements, which then come the dislikes.

Summarizing: in Spain each community uses the PCSP or its own website to manage public contests. If you are a company and you are going to the public procurement, you have to know these portals and have everything in order. If not, not even try.
