Tender for The contract aims to provide the service of comprehensive maintenance of the building and civil installations of the Girona Congress Palace Auditorium, in accordance with the specifications of the administrative particular clauses package and the attached technical conditions sheet, and its scope is summarized in the planning and implementation of conductive, preventive, corrective and normative or legal maintenance of the building and its civil installations with the purpose of ensuring their conservation and optimization, as well as achieving their maximum functionality and comfort for its users.
