Tender for The object of the contract is the provision of the cleaning service for the facilities of the municipal swimming pools in Alcaràs during the bathing season, with the aim of ensuring, at all times, optimal hygiene, health and safety conditions for the users. In any case, the service subject to the contract includes the cleaning and disinfection of the premises of the municipal swimming pools in Alcaràs, including, at least, the lavatories, the public changing rooms, the areas related to the lifeguard service, the immediate perimeter of the premises, the access area to the bathing zone and grass, the picnic area, the glass separating the bar from the access to the glasses and the grass, and the area located in front of the bar, excluding expressly the terrace, the interior and premises of the bar. These services will be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications booklet, without prejudice to the technical and organizational instructions that, within the scope of the contract, may issue the responsible party to ensure the correct performance and adequate maintenance of the facilities.
