As for the existing façade, although it does not present major deteriorations, it should be noted that it does not have thermal insulation. Also, the existing roof of tile is damaged causing leaks in the false ceiling of the upper floor, if as cracks and humiditys. With the works contained in this project, it is intended to reform both floors to adapt them to the new use of the same, adapting the building to the needs that a residence of elderly people requires, enhancing its leisure and social relationship, as well as the dynamization of the economy..
