Tender for The object of the contract will be the provision of the service of collection, capture, transportation, assistance, reception and adoption of companion animals (domestic and wild in captivity), abandoned, lost or rescued in Sant Andreu de la Barca, within the framework of Law 7/2023, of March 28, on the protection of the rights and well-being of animals. This contract also includes the service of collection and removal of companion animals (domestic and wild in captivity) that have died on public roads and other possible interventions in which these animals are involved and in which the municipality orders them for reasons of hygiene, health, safety and citizen tranquility. Their characteristics are those established in the technical prescription package (PPT).
