Tender for The object of the present contract is the supply, under a rental regime, through a leasing arrangement without purchase option, of the delivery, installation and commissioning of machinery for the gym of the municipal sports complex, as well as the accessory maintenance services of this machinery, for a period of 4 years. This contract for different types of cardiovascular, strength and free weight machines, as well as other elements for the municipal gym and directed activity rooms aims to provide the installation of the sports complex with the necessary equipment to meet the demands of all types of users, from the least experienced to the most experienced. Furthermore, the maintenance of the machines specified in this tender will be contracted. The leasing arrangement with technical and maintenance service linked to the same contract proves to be suitable for the town hall of Olesa de Montserrat in order to always obtain optimal installations and in perfect conditions of use, guaranteeing at all times the correct functioning and safety for the users. The municipal sports complex, Les Planes, is managed and directed directly by the town hall of Olesa de Montserrat, through its sports department.
