Tender for The object of the contract consists in the execution of the works and installations of electrification of: lot 1 which corresponds to the area of UA-89D Ernest Lluch/Valldeix, consisting in the execution of the new electrical supply for the buildings under construction of plot 1.1 of island 1 located at avenue Ernest Lluch 11-23. It includes the equipment and installation of a definitive and simple transformer station, integrated in the ground floor of the building under construction at plot 1.1 of island 1; as well as the civil works and medium voltage lines for feeding the transformer station (ET) and low voltage distribution lines from the ET to the different general protection and sectioning boxes (CGP) of plot 1.1. Lot 2 which corresponds to the area of PMU-11 Iveco – Renfe / Farinera, consists in the execution of the new electrical supply for the buildings under construction of plots 6.1 – 6.2 of island 6, located at street Arenys 46 and street Isaac Peral 17, respectively. It includes the equipment and installation of two new definitive and simple transformer stations, integrated in the ground floor of the buildings under construction at plots 6.1 and 6.2 of island 6; as well as the civil works and medium voltage lines for feeding the transformer station (ET) and low voltage distribution lines from the ET to the different general protection and sectioning boxes (CGP) of plots 6.1 and 6.2, respectively.
