Tender for The purpose of the present document is to define the technical specifications that shall govern the provision of the itinerant socio-educational intervention service (SIS) of the Council of the Ribera d'Ebre, addressed to children, adolescents and families in situations of risk or social vulnerability. This service aims to prevent, reduce and correct situations of risk or lack of protection, promoting the permanence of children and adolescents in their family and social environment through structured socio-educational interventions, following the criteria defined by the non-residential socio-educational intervention service model approved by the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion. The service will include the following actions: a) family support service for children aged 0 to 3 years. b) itinerant daytime socio-educational intervention service for children aged 4 to 15 years. c) intervention service with families with children or adolescents in situations of risk. d) socio-educational accompaniment service for adolescents aged 16 and 17 years. The administrative, economic and legal conditions of the contract are determined in the Administrative Specific Clauses Document (PCAP), to which reference should be made for anything that does not have a technical character.
