Tender for The object of the contract is the combined provision of: a) the supply of a license to use an integrated software management program for all the information generated by the local development area of the Girona County Council, through software as a service (SaaS) technology, consisting of: i. the publication and mediation of job offers and the computerized management of applications, through the online publication of job offers mediated by the service on the website of the Girona County Council and the integrated mediation and management of applications with the published job offers. ii. the exploitation of data relating to: • the people served • the user companies • the managed job offers • the active employment policies • the actions of the entrepreneurship service - it is not in any case a service for the development and design of a custom software according to the described functionalities, but rather the licensing of the right to use a software or information processing system that is already validated and marketed on the current market. b) the provision of the maintenance and technical support service, necessary for the use of the tool. The two services are inseparable, therefore, and according to what is determined by article 18 of law 9/2017 of 8 November, it will be necessary to comply with the nature of the main service, which is the supply of the license for the software for the publication of job offers and the computerized management of applications, of the users and companies of the service and of the programs and projects carried out, and the second service will be the maintenance and technical support service for the correct use of the tool, additional to the supply of the software.
