Tender for Expansion and improvement project of the council dependencies of Cerdanya: although it is a unique project, the action falls into three points of action: 1. expansion of the annex building of the council. 2. works of maintenance and conservation and improvement of the internal distribution of the main building of the council's headquarters. 3. improvement of the gardens of the building of the council's headquarters farm. The works are financed by the unique works and services plan of Catalonia (PUOSC) for the period 2025-2029, under the decree 1/2025, of 7 January, approving the regulatory and execution bases (DOGc number 9325, of 9.1.2025), and the resolution pre/381/2025, of 6 February, which opens the unique call for the grant of subsidies (ref. BDNS 813736).
