Tender for This contract is aimed at providing the legal advisory service in the field of foreigners' affairs of the Baix Empordà County Council. This service must respond to the great demand from the foreign population in the county, as the necessary procedures to regularize administrative situations, naturalize, regroup and other procedures required to access the rest of the citizenship under equal conditions are very costly and require specific and highly individualized advice. Therefore, it must facilitate the personal autonomy, reception and integration of foreign people in our county. Moreover, the legal advisory service in the field of foreigners' affairs must support the professionals of social services and other specialized services that have the same target population, providing support in the follow-up of cases, solving doubts or informing about the most relevant changes in this matter. This service is addressed to the entire Baix Empordà county and will be provided on an itinerant basis to different municipalities. It is a free service that can be accessed personally, by phone and through prior appointment, with the in-person service being the priority. Moreover, it includes group actions in the form of workshops or talks. The location and hours of the service are found in point 4 of the PPT. The object of this contract includes the services listed in section A of the PCAP.
