Tender for The present contract aims to carry out the services of technical assistance for the implementation of the action plan and preparation of the reaccreditation evaluation of the human resources strategy for researchers (HR4R) of the Institute of Space Studies of Catalonia. The minimum personnel to be assigned to the contract necessarily by the winning company is the following: (1) project director, (1) project manager, (1) senior consultant, (1) junior consultant. The technical scope of the contract is defined in the technical specifications document that governs the contract.
