Tender for The imdea networks foundation (hereinafter, the foundation) invests in state-of-the-art laboratories and testing equipment to support cutting-edge research in computer networks. this enables the foundation to transform research into high-value-added products and services. the daily operations of the foundation depend on its information and telecommunications (it) systems. one of its priorities is to allow researchers to carry out their work with minimal interruptions, and to ensure that the attention given to their problems has a high level of quality, minimizing or completely eliminating the losses caused by the service provided by these systems. hence, the need for a fast, reliable technical support that effectively solves problems, minimizing service it outages. the purpose of the contract is to provide support services to the it department of the foundation, for the administration of the information and communication systems (tic) of the foundation, as well as the maintenance of the applications, in accordance with the scope described in section 2 of the technical particular clauses.
