Tender for The purpose of this contract is to maintain and adapt eielmap applications in the mapinfo environment. eielmap is an application of the general direction of local administration based on a geographic information system that allows the continuous updating of geo-localized data of infrastructures and equipments of the municipalities that are subject to the e.i.e.l. (survey of local infrastructure and equipment). in addition to three related applications: eiel-administrator (module of administration of the eiel application.), eiel-amountamientos (technical portal for municipalities on infrastructure and equipment issues), eiel-validator (validates the data that are sent to the ministry.), all of them in java technology.
