Tender for The purpose of this contract is the application, qualification and certification of the English language level tests drawn up by the contracting entity which is awarded, calibrated and appropriate to the international standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for the languages of the Council of Europe (mcer) to be carried out in an estimated number of 18,997 pupils enrolled in 6th primary education in the 2021-2022 academic year, enrolled in a total of 366 bilingual public schools, distributed in 812 groups.
