Tender for On 13 November 2025, at the headquarters building of the main health area of the Canary Islands, there was almost complete detachment of the false ceiling of one of its rooms.As a cause of the detachment, several possible factors were observed: the low number of devarillas to be attached from the profile to the upper forging, the oxidation and weakness manifested by some of the existing ones that were suspended from the forging, the instability of a section of the perimetral false roof of plaster, where the profile of the false registrable ceiling is fixed and the lack of watertightness of the premises, which causes the formation of air currents in the upper chamber of the false ceiling allowing the movement of the same.These deficiencies do not comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 486/1997 of 14 April, on minimum provisions of safety and health in the workplaces, and in the technical code of laedification, regarding the stability and safety of the structures, and in order to ensure the safety of the people and continuity of the health services in that direction of repair area of health, the corresponding replacement is necessary.2. object of the contract: the works to be carried out are: repair of all the elements that have caused the removal of the false ceiling, complete replacement of the false ceiling, replacement of the new lights including the emergency ones, installation of the fire detector, and painting of the rooms affected.
