Tender for This contract aims at the acquisition of a web solution for risk management and compliance by the body with existing regulations in the field of data protection, information security, continuity of business, third party risk management and quality that are applicable to you. the invitation to tender consists of the acquisition of the licence of a governance, risk and compliance (grc) and their respective installation for the implementation of the solution. the supply must comply with all the technical specifications described. is a mixed contract for containing own supply services and services, and finding both services directly linked to each other maintaining a complementary relationship that requires consideration and treatment as a functional unit, the legal regime and the rules will govern the award, are the rules of the supply contract, being the main provision, and the provision of ancillary services. all of it in pursuant to articles 18 and 34.2 of Act No. 9/2017 of 8 November 2017, public sector contracts transposing them into national law the directives of the European Parliament and the Council 2014/23/ue and 2014/24/ue of 26 February 2014.
