Tender for CITRAM is the Centre for Innovation and Mobility Management of the Regional Public Transport Consortium of Madrid (CRTM), which monitors in real time the public transport system of the Community of Madrid. The centre has as its priority the management of the information in real time of the state of the infrastructures and services of the different modes of transport operating in the Regular Public Transport System of travellers from the Community of Madrid, relying on technological innovation to improve the management of mobility and decision-making. The purpose of this contract is the comprehensive management of CITRAM which includes: - The operational operation of the control room of CITRAM. - Technical support for the operation of the CITRAM control room, including the preventive maintenance of its facilities and the Support Centre. - Renovation of computer and communications equipment, as well as of the software necessary for the proper development of the service.
