One of the options offered to the centers thanks to this performance is the possibility of participating in an exit to a cinema for the viewing of a film and subsequent colloquium/debate with a relevant personality of the world of cinema that can contribute educational and didactic value to the viewing and the subsequent colloquium. Thus, on December 2, the CC Miguel Delibes of Valladolid will hold the screening of the film “Enemigos” and later there will be a colloquium with two of its actors and the director of the film to which several of the centers that have elaborated project for the use of cinema as a didactic resource will attend. For this reason, it is considered necessary to hire a travel service for students and teachers from two educational centers in the province of Zamora, to Valladolid, on December 2, 2025, to participate in the screening of the film “Enemies” and its subsequent colloquium, according to the motivation described above. Pursuant to article 118.2 of Law 9/2017 of 8 November 2017 on Public Sector Contracts, it is reported that the subject matter of the contract is not being altered in order to avoid the application of the thresholds set out in article 118.1..
