The center passed regulatory inspection in 2021 being negative and conditioned by various defects among them, documentaries. The planned facilities are carried out in accordance with the old rules and regulations applicable at the time of the construction of the centre and its subsequent extension actions. The purpose of this project will be to try to adapt the existing facilities and to implement the new ones that can be derived from this project, homogenizing as much as possible all the installations to the current regulations and regulations, so this project should be understood as a partial adaptation of the existing facilities and/or extension of the installations that it requires according to current rules of application to the object of the project, but never as a complete adaptation or adaptation project.
