Tender for Implementation of safe passage protection systems on the VA-140 road between PK 35+000 and 38+000 (AMUSQUILLO)

Among the various protection devices, the so-called “concrete prefabricated” has been considered to be the most appropriate to the characteristics of the public accesses existing in the section considered on the VA-140 road. The action will be carried out in a total of 16 accesses, protecting both margins in each of them (32 units of protector). On the other hand, the installation of protection devices for roadblocks on the VA-140 road is not among the activities programmed in the present 2025, in the current contract of road maintenance services of the province of Valladolid. Therefore, taking into account that the planned action significantly improves the road safety of this stretch of road, it is considered an action aimed at the defence of the road and its best use as set out in article 19 of Law 10/2008 of 9 December, on Highways of Castile and León. In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability and efficiency set out in Article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs that are intended to be met by the conclusion of this contract fall within the scope of the functions and competences assigned to this Steering Centre, precisely determining the suitability of the object and content of the contract in the documentation of the file.. The estimated value of the contract is €39,950.00 , with a budget excluding taxes of €39,950.00 . The procedure modality is Minor Contract, and currently its status is Resolved.
