That the Council proposes the conclusion of a minor contract of Finance and Recruitment consisting of an energy audit service of the installation of the external public lighting of the municipality of Vegas del Genil and technical - legal advice in the preparation of pleadings for the future tender of energy services through ESE (Energy Services Company) by the City of Vegas del Genil, these works consist of: -Energy audit of external lighting including inventory of light points and command centers of the installation of external lighting in the municipality of Vegas del Genil. -Proposals for change of lighting according to compliance with existing regulations and other facilities necessary for the proper operation of the facility itself.
