Tender for The purpose of the contract is the execution of repair works of the wall that forms the southeastern stripe by the construction of a hatch wall, as well as the formation of concrete cunetas that ensure the correct drainage of the runoff water, avoiding future structural damage. In view of the emergency situation caused by the imminent risk of further detachment and structural collapse, which could compromise the safety of persons, goods and public roads, the processing of the contract is based on the provisions of Article 120 of the LCSP, due to the loss and serious danger to public safety, in order to ensure the stability of the land, the safety of the persons and the continuity of the transit in the Rocket de Piedra Rodá. As a result, it is appropriate to award directly to a specialized company, ensuring the immediate execution of the works necessary to restore the safety and functionality of the road.
