In accordance with Article 118.2 of the LCSP, it is clear that the purpose of this case is not being altered in order to avoid the application of the thresholds described in Article 118.1 LCSP. Whereas there is adequate and sufficient provision in the budget of expenditure of this Board for the performance of this contract, and the expenditure involved in the contract is related to actions or benefits which are essential to meet the needs of this Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Article. 3.2 of Decree No. 28 / 2024 of 26 December on the conditions for the extension of the general budgets of the Community of Castilla and León for 2025 in the financial year 2025, the expenditure of the said contract should be charged to the budget extended for 2025..
