The period for the execution of the supply is 12 (12) months from the conclusion of the contract, without the possibility of extension. The technical guarantee period shall be two (2) years from the final receipt of the vehicle, during which the successful tenderer shall be responsible for any defects or defects that may arise, and shall be immediately repaired or replaced at its cost..
