The team we have had was installed in 2001 and has since been serving this University and public research agencies and companies from all over the peninsula that have requested it. The evolution that the nuclear magnetic resonance technique has experienced in recent years has made the equipment that we have installed present very limited performance for current standards. Since the acquisition of the system, elements such as linear frequency generators, cryogenic probes, etc have been developed and implemented in this technology. These elements make that in terms of sensitivity we are working with a team that is well below current standards and therefore providing data to our users that do not extract from their samples all the information that the current state of the technique is able to give..
