Tender for Provision of gynaecological sample collection and preservation elements in liquid solution and a service of cytological diagnosis and determination of high-risk human papilloma virus in gynaecological samples preserved in liquid solution
The tender identified with expedient A2026/000127 is related to the sector Services. This tender, published on January 21, 1970 and last updated on January 21, 1970, aims to The Program for the Prevention and Early Detection of cervical cancer has a long history of operation in our autonomous community. The Programme is included in the service portfolio of the National Health System by Order SCB / 480 / 2019 of 26 April 2019 amending Annexes I, III and VI of Royal Decree 1030 / 2006 of 15 September 2006 and establishing the common service portfolio of the National Health System and the procedure for its updating, which provides for the compulsory supply of its supply to the target population and the general lines it must comply with. The offer to the target population of this Programme is based on the population benefit of the early treatment of early detected cervical injury due to the decrease in mortality from cervical cancer. The programme, as an organized structure, guarantees the coordination, quality and equity of the screening project, has wide acceptance in the population and health professionals. It thus contributes to the rationalization and optimization of the Community's health resources. In the last three years, the Directorate-General for Public Health of the Health Council has made a series of updates to the Programme with the aim of adapting it to the criteria set out in Order SCB / 480 / 2019 of 26 April, which has already been mentioned above, and in which the population screening of cervix cancer is directed with the following configuration: (a) Target population: women aged between 25 and 65. (b) Primary screening test and interval between scans: 1 ° Women aged between 25 and 29 years: i. Women without adequate protection for vaccination against HPV: cytology every 3 years. Women with adequate vaccination protection against HPV: depending on the state of implementation of the screening program, cytology will be performed every 3 years or screening will start at the age of 30. 2nd Women between 30 and 65 years of age: determination of the human high-risk papilloma virus (HPV-AR), regardless of their vaccine status against HPV: i. If VPH-AR is negative: repeat VPH-AR test at five years. If VPH-AR is positive: suitable triage for stratification of the risk of HPV lesions. If high risk is excluded, repeat VPH-AR per year. In the next two years, it will not be necessary to change the programme either for the two age ranges of the target population (25-29 years and 30-64 years) or for primary screening tests (liquid cytology: 25-29 years, and HPV determination: 30-64 years). The programme is based on the determination of the VPH-AR and in our Autonomous Community, is the primary choice test for women between 30 and 65 years old (before 35-65) and for women between 25 and 29 years old (before 25-34) in cases where cytology has a non-determinant result. In turn, the Program in Castilla y León is based on the individual risk that each woman has of suffering from cervix cancer. Thus, there are women with intermediate risk data indicating the repetition of both screening tests per year. The indication of both screening tests (Citology + HPV) is called co-test and is recommended to be performed in the same laboratory consecutively regardless of the outcome of each test to ensure the efficiency of screening tests.. The estimated value of the contract is €1,991,506.55 , with a budget excluding taxes of €1,448,368.40 . The procedure modality is Open, and currently its status is Published.
