These actions necessary to meet the institutional objectives require a specialized service to allow the efficient transfer, assembly and disassembly of high-volume elements in various locations and their storage. Their emerging and unpredictable nature, as well as the increasing number of institutional acts that are held, make it essential to have a contract that ensures the availability of these services in an agile and effective manner. Therefore, and given that the current contract for "Service for the transport and assembly of high-volume and storage elements of the Presidency's Board" is close to completion, it is necessary to undertake a new contract to ensure continuity and efficiency in the development of institutional activities, in order to maintain the normal functioning of this Board..
