Protection, recovery and security services of the system as a whole in the face of possible serious failures or contingencies. The above-mentioned work shall be carried out in accordance with the powers set out in the Technical Prescriptions Act, which specifies the basic data which define and condition the subject matter of the contract, the applicable general rules and instructions, and the requirements and recommendations which, without such a character, are of a mandatory nature..
