The Regional Centre for the Diagnosis of Aldearrubia (Salamanca), under the Service of Health and Vegetable Certification, is the Official Laboratory of Vegetable Health of the Council of Agriculture and Livestock of the Junta de Castilla y León. The Centre is responsible for the official analysis of pests and agricultural diseases of the Directorate-General for Agricultural and Livestock Production, in compliance with the various laws and regulations, both at European level (Regulation 2017 / 625), and national (Royal Decree 58 / 2005) and autonomous (Regional Plan for Plant Health of Castilla and León). The Centre is accredited in accordance with ISO 17025 for compliance with the general requirements for the competence of the test and calibration laboratories. This rule establishes the need for continuous training for all personnel involved in the analysis, as well as for newly incorporated personnel. The Centre therefore sets out an annual training plan each year, which is reviewed in the various external audits of ENAC. The Centre currently has a projector (canyon) over 25 years old, which for a few months has produced stripes on the screen that prevent the correct display of the presentations of the training courses. It is therefore proposed to acquire an ultra-HD 4K 4K projector to replace the damaged projector.. The estimated value of the contract is €916.50 , with a budget excluding taxes of €916.50 .
