Tender for Development of a computer application for the management of the training phase in an equal enterprise or body.
The tender identified with expedient B2025/003334 is related to the sector Services. This tender, published on January 21, 1970 and last updated on January 21, 1970, aims to The Organic Law 3 / 2022 of 31 March on the Management and Integration of Vocational Training has been a milestone in the transformation of the Spanish education system, introducing important changes in vocational training. Among the most significant developments is the replacement of the Workplace Training Module (FCT) with the Enterprise or Equal Agency Training Phase (hereinafter referred to as FFE). The implementation of this new regulatory framework has required the adaptation of the autonomous regulations, in line with Organic Law 3 / 2022 and Royal Decree 659 / 2023 of 18 July, which regulates the organization of the vocational training system. In particular, article 55.1 of the Act provides that all offers of vocational training of the C and D Grades, linked to the National Catalogue of Professional Skills Standards, shall be dual. For its part, Royal Decree 659 / 2023, in its article 151, provides that the offer of vocational training of Grades C and D must include a stage of training in an enterprise or an equivalent body as part of the curriculum of each training offer. In addition, Grade E specialisation courses may include this training phase according to their specific characteristics. This transformation represents a structural change in the curriculum organization of the training cycles, replacing the traditional module of Training in Workplaces (FCT), which had a separate and own curriculum, by the Training Phase in Enterprise or Equated Agency (FFE) is integrated into the general curriculum of each training cycle. So far, the management of the FCT module was carried out through the Cicero platform. However, with the implementation of the FFE, this tool has become obsolete, as it does not adapt to new regulatory and organizational requirements. It is therefore essential to develop a web-based computer application that facilitates the comprehensive management of the FFE. This new tool will enable management bodies to efficiently manage in-house training periods, ensuring regulatory compliance and ensuring proper data management for students and partners. In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability and efficiency set out in Article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs to be met by the conclusion of this contract are within the scope of the functions and powers assigned to this Steering Centre, with a precise determination of the suitability of the object and content of the contract in the documentation of the file. In accordance with Article 118.2 of the LCSP it is clear that the purpose of the processing of this dossier is not being altered in order to avoid the application of the thresholds described in Article 118.1 LCSP. The estimated value of the contract is €14,999.99 , with a budget excluding taxes of €14,999.99 . The procedure modality is Minor Contract, and currently its status is Resolved.
