In accordance with what is established in art. 99.3 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, transposing to the Spanish legal system the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/UE, of 26 February 2014 (from now on LCSP), the object of this contractual procedure is divided into ONZE different batches, the LOT 11 being the supply under lease, transport, assembly, maintenance (revision of its correct functioning and conditions of use) and disassembly, of veiled as well as the necessary furniture and infrastructure (water and light connections) and decoration, for the development of the Balearic and 2027 market.
