Tender for the health management of the area iv has requested to this council the execution of works of repair and adecentation of the facade of the health center of cehegín, in the absence of to undertake them from its own budget. in response to that request, the health adviser, by order of 21 october 2024, has established the competence to award the necessary contract. the management request is based on the report of the conservation state of the health centre of cehegin, dated 27 february 2024, subsequently amended by the technical and economic proposal of repairs outside of the building, dated 17 october 2024, and is part of the objectives of the strategic plan for the construction and sustainable rehabilitation of the primary care centres 2022-2026 (cresap), which aims to improve the primary care real estate park by establishing high levels of quality in the new buildings and in the rehabilitation of existing ones. among other objectives, cresap aims to improve primary care buildings by correcting identified energy deficiencies. it aims at improving the overall sustainability of buildings and improving energy quality by: (a) reducing the consumption of conventional electrical energy.
