The service includes designing, organizing and running the Source fair, a dynamic and involved fair where the visitor can buy, taste and learn the qualities of the agrorizing products and its applications in the kitchen, through two big axes: the fairly saying and activities, the main engine of the fair and recognised where cooks and gastrony professionals have a prominent role.
