Law degree (2014) and Master's in Access to the Legal Profession (2016) from the University of Girona, with specialized training in public procurement (UOC, 2023). He practiced as a lawyer from his own firm, advising public and private entities in administrative law until 2023. He currently heads the legal and procurement services of Transports Municipals del Gironès, SAU, and advises exclusively the public sector. In 2024 he founded and presides over the Catalan Association of Public Procurement Professionals (APCP).
