It has been certified by Microsoft Azure, and its operation is carried out in infrastructure managed by DETECSYS or authorized third parties. The Aula1 solution allows a complete management of the academic, economic, administrative and communication areas with families, through three main modules: - Economic Module - Academic Module - Communication Module with Class Families1 is completely parametrized according to the requirements of the center, including the specific configuration of user roles, evaluation models, note system, and other elements adapted to the internal functioning of the Municipal School of Music. The awarding company shall be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of this solution, its technological evolution, its conformity with new educational or administrative regulations, and for providing support and training to the staff authorised by the City Council. Regardless of the ownership or ownership of source codes, and the intelligence that companies may have obtained or were in a position to obtain a licence in or have sought to acquire them, a competition procedure is chosen without recourse to conditions of exclusivity. However, precisely for this reason, in order to ensure the viability of the proposed technical solution, the bidder will have to demonstrate considerable experience in similar previous works, by means of a list of municipalities where he has been awarded the maintenance service of this application as well as a certificate of licensing of the source code by the company that owns it. Any proposal that is not sufficiently substantiated shall be excluded.. The estimated value of the contract is €6,000.00 , with a budget excluding taxes of €3,000.00 .
